1976 duster modern upgrades

Hey guys! Finally got my 76 duster home! It's time I start making a parts list - my first primary goal is getting the car stopping and handling top notch. After that I'll go after interior and end with engine upgrades - car is factory ac so that will be updated as well.

I would like some direction in the suspension area - mainly disk brake conversion for the front.

Since the interior will be a custom job I think I'll be able to handle that myself.

My car is a 225 slant 6
So my next area would be engine - Iv heard story's of people getting 4 Barrel carbs on these cars - is there a kit?
Bigger valves - better intake and exhaust manifold - lopey cam?
Not looking to brake any speed records - just want a lil more power and a good sound!
Anyone out there with suggestions? Links? Kits?

A super 60 turbo kit if you can find one. Clifford research for intake and headers Just keep looking and check the slant 6 forum

I'm not raining on anyone's plans here.It just almost never fails the off beat 6 cylinder builds end up costing as much a V8 and a v8 not being as much of a fight to get more performance out of it.Just my two cents.

Yeah but the six build can be a strange brew, owner and vehicle.
