Hello everyone, I am looking for a little help. I got this truck from my grandfather who passed away and I am trying to get some information about the truck but the VIN only has 13 digits. Can anyone assist me with this? I am looking to get all 17 digits. I took a pic of the data plate.

Trucks of this era only had 13 digits. The plate shows the fill VIN.
