1985w250 360la Full rewire using speedway motors 22 circut

Ignition section instructions

Ill draw up a better diagram of what i have

Ignition switch
1985 w250 230la. I need help with my ignition wiring this truck has been Mickey moused together before I got it. I'm new to electrical. Everything was burnt spiderwebbed and wire nutted together so i tore it all out thinking using the universal would be a easy install and I has been so far except for the ignition wiring the instructions for this harness is for a gm and ford and no instuctions for a mopar so through various other harnesses instructions I believe I have most of the ignition wiring correct. What I have left to wire up is the windows, heater(ac was removed), radio, charging system and ignition switch. I have a colum mounted ignition switch, 60 amp dual field alternator, a starter relay, voltage regulator, control modual with a 2 prong ballast resistor( also doing a proform distributor conversion kit part #66991) my issue with this wire harness is the charging system seems all wrong and the harness came with a plug in for the alternator that is supposed to go to the starter and a alternator ignition feed wire that goes to the ignition switch but my alternator is externaly regulated so my 2 wires have to go through the voltage regulator for one and the other continued on to split into the control modual and the ballast resistor and from the ballast goes to the ignition switch this is where im stuck my wires on the harness for the ignition switch are battery 2b, 12v battery 2a(power from starter to fuse box is this right?), ignition, accessory, alternator ignition(the problem) so what I was hoping to get is someone who could tell me how to wire up the charging system correctly just the basics without branches to smog stuff or carb just the basics my choke is not electric. Also the correct basic wiring for ignition switch includint the starter relay I will try and post pictures and a pdf file of the harness instructions. any help would be appreciated thank you

Thank you for the reply. This is how I have it wired I marked question marks on the circuts that are troubling me and a photo of the ignition switch positions. I was also wondering if I should put maxi fuses or circut breakers instead of fusable links and where
