1988 Dodge W100 looking for the best fan to throw on it.

Just got a new motor in it with the holley EFI as well as radiator, waterpump, and thermostat. Looking for the best fan to keep this thing cool, as the old heads were cracked from over heating (before I got the truck)

If your electrical system can handle it, you're not going to beat dual electric fans, and the bigger the better.
While certainly debatable, a modern clutch fan waste less HP, and a huge flex fan does a pretty good job of cooling.
(The flex fan looks cooler too )
Proper shrouding and adequate water flow assumed in each application.

I prefer a 160* stat as well, and NOT a Mr. Gasket one. The garden variety Stant works much better and is more reliable.
And in a worst case scenario, "wet water" additives can help.

Thumbs up re: aluminum radiatorsI have priced all the aluminum radiators @ 365.00 + shipping, A-B-C-E mopars, small or big block engines.

Transmission cooler is built in just like the factory radiators, and there are brackets built in for the fan schrod.

Please feel free to call me @ 727-271-5068

One other thing. While a fan is an major cooling factor, especially at idle, if your engine is/was over heating, ya might want to see what else might be causing it. Max cfm through the radiator won't help if there's a blockage somewhere somewhere else, even timing can and will cause over heating.
