75 D200 carb issues, stalling

I have a 75 D200 with a 360 and a Holley 2210 2 barrel carb. Had a lot of trouble getting the carb adjused but now can at least get to run.

Now that it's running, it seems to be stalling after running for a few minutes and won't restart, it seems like it needs to cool down, any ideas on what could be causing this? Could the ballast resistor be causing this?

It's ether loosing power or its not getting enough fuel?

I am going to assume my 1975 D100 has a similar ignition setup...

If you had a completely bad ballast resistor the truck would start so long as you held the key in the start position, but then it would die as soon as you let off start, but it should start strong even with a bad ballast resistor.
I actually bypass the ballast resistor when I am diagnosing things. My truck has the 2-pin ballast resistor, so it's only function is to help save spark plugs, so bypassing it for a short time to see if it is a culprit doesn't hurt anything. When your key is in the start position it is by-passed giving your coil full battery voltage and the hottest sparks, but then when you turn to run the ballast resistor kicks in giving you cooler sparks, thus helping your spark plugs last longer.

Do you have a clear fuel filter between your carb and your mechanical fuel pump? I put mine right in front of the carburetor, and it helped me determine my fuel pump was bad, as even at idle the pump could not keep the little clear filter full of gas, when I starting increasing rpm it would run out of gas as soon as the carb bowls ran out. What is the status of your fuel pump?
