AXLE Identification Help
My truck seems pieced together and I'm trying to figure out suspension upgrades as well as a disk conversion so I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction.
Front:
8 Lug Drum Brakes
Marked 44-3EF
Also Cast on Diff: C36054
From what I can tell that makes it a 72-74 front axle? I know it's a Dana 44. Thanks in advance.
For what it's worth I was told by the PO that everything was pulled from a 79 W150. From what I can tell though that's not possible as a 79 W150 would have had disks in the front?
