Is this sway bar link used only on Little Red Express or was it used on other late 70s D-150 pickup trucks.

One of mine broke and cannot find replacement: Anybody know interchanges?

Hi, I know this forum is a few months old, but did you have luck sourcing that part?
It looks identical to the sway bar link that broke on my 79 d300. shouldn't be unique to lil red express but possibly to 79? Been missing mine for two years.

 

I took one off of a 1993 D300, it is the same as the one in the picture. I put it on my '79 LRE, perfect fit.
