Stepside short bed interchange 67 to 79??

Stepside short bed interchange 67 to 79??
The Lil Red Express project needs a bed.......
found one locally that is off of a 67-short bed stepside
googled the heck out of it, looks like the same dimensions, but mounting points are different?
anyone know how different they are? I am somewhat capable of making minor mods to make it work, but major mods are not in th cards for me now
sorry first post is a probably dumb question, but if this bed will fit I need to grab it while I can!

The body lines are different. I believe that in 1972, that's when the frames changed. Only way to be absolutely sure that it will/will not fit is to compare measurements between what you have and the bed you are looking at.
Any bed from 72-93 should fit though.
