Hi! Sorry to bother you, but I had a question about my 1972 Plymouth duster. A while back I had trouble with my duster not wanting to start. I would put it in park, no start, wiggle it to neutral and start up, back to park, no start so I'm assuming my shift linkage is in need of adjustment. I was curious, what would be the best way to adjust the shift linkage? Is it something I can do inside the car, the car has been converted fro
Automatic shift on the column to automatic shift on the floor, or do I need to get underneath the car for adjustments? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    Thank you!!

Thanks. Well, then to my first major problem.
I needed to drop a new motor in the duster. So i found a 360 to drop in it.
Also, while i had the motor out, the K Frame was damaged slightly and i had access to a nice healthy K frame. So i swapped out the old one for the new one. ( for what its worth, i believe the new one came out of a 73 duster, and it has a different style of motor mounts.
So, when i went to drop the 360 into place, the exhaust was sitting directly on top of the steering box. It was missing the drivers side motor mount by about a half an inch. But I have no idea how to get the motor to sit down all the way.
    Any Ideas?

    maybe..
Is there a different style of motor mounts that might make the motor sit higher?
(but will the torque cause the engine to spin and hit the steering box?
I was thinking maybe remove the steering box, and then put it back in after the motor is in?
(but then i dont think the steering box will even fit)
    Thanks!

Thanks man This Cuda is my first mopar and I freakin love it! Maybe the thing I like most about it is that a lot of people are afraid to drive it. (lots of go, no power steering, no power brakes (drums all around))
