If my memory serves me correctly you are an electrical / switch guru. I wonder if you can point me in the right direction when you have a free moment?

I'm trying to put and minute meter on my oil burner to measure consumption via run time. The burner runs on 110v. The blower runs on straight 110v and is supplied power from a relay board that gets a low voltage trigger (relay) from an agua stat. I can tap that 110v (safely in a box with strain relief) and want to step that tap wire down to hook up to a "typical" engine meter. So to 12v if that's what it calls for? Maybe a generator engine meter gauge. That way the meter only turns in the "run" position from the boiler.

    This make any sense?
