Old Red Restoration

After an almost 2-year break I'm back. Sorry for the absence but military life will do that to you. Anyway, I got Old Red back from paint and I'm putting it all back together. Photos will be attached as I can take them

Looking good. I like my performance cars but have a soft spot, maybe a love for my trucks. Never name the cars but do the trucks. The '92 Flat Bed had the top of the second D knocked off by a rock so he became hip hoppy punk truck "DOUG E" fresh. The '95 3500 V10 we have now is all OEM, respectable and reliable member of the family "DOUGLAS".

Progress report

OK, as of today the windshield and both doors have glass in them again. I'm waiting on a new seal to arrive for the back glass and that will finish enclosing the cab. The floor mat is in though I'm not happy with how that went but I'll try to smooth it out once the weather warms up. I'm still running into wiring problems and I really do need to find a whole new harness somewhere but if all goes well I should be able to put Old Red back on the road next weekend.

First road test

I got all the glass installed and took Old Red for a short spin this evening. Mechanically all was good but a lot of the lights are not. Gotta do a lot of troubleshooting over the weekend.
