1988 Dodge Omni Map Sensor Problems

I am having trouble figuring out how to solve a problem, obviously. I have high idle (around 2200rpm) and I am getting engine error codes. The codes are 13 and sometimes 23 but both refer to the MAP sensor not functioning properly. I have checked for vacuum leaks but can't seem to find any. However, upon examination of my MAP sensor I noticed that the bleeder line was not attached to anything except the MAP sensor. Is this correct? Or is this my vacuum leak? The end of the line that is not attached appears broken off but I couldn't find where it might have been attached. Any help would be appreciated as Idaho's motorcycle weather is about over...
