Hi, I'm trying to make a carter 4bbl 4137s carb work on my 1968 dodge charger 440 with a Weiand 7500 intake. I can`t set the choke position upon starting, the choke can be moved freely by hand tho. The original engine the carb came off of used a bi metallic spring which mounted in the intake but the Weiand intake I have has no place for this. I`ve seen other cars where you press the accelerator pedal once and it sets the choke position, wondering if there`s any way to do this?
