MP Alum Water Pump Housing

Hey everyone, Well I installed a New Mopar Alum Water pump Housing on my 440. Im trying to install a used powersteering pump w/orig brackets and cant seem to fig out how it all goes together...

Ive checked around and think its cause I have the Alum housing instead of the Iron one. needs different aftermarket brackets...

Anyone have these problems?

Looking at the housing, it appears identical to the factory 383 housing on my RR. My PS bracket bolts to the top and 3rd bolt down [the ones that extend out further]. so I dont believe you need an aftermarket bracket. Just a factory one for a BB. Maybe some are different for a/c?

Ah fun, I had a similar issue as I had two sets of brackets, both from the same year and both from BB engines, but they were no where similar in any way. The below shows the three piece setup, but can't find any pictures of the other one, but if I recall correctly the other one had longer brackets to mount to the pump/ block and there was a long spacer instead of the piece in the center for that top bolt. However the one not pictured with the long brackets with the v crosspiece was nowhere near straight and would have required spacers. Hope this helps and is not too confusing.
