Need New Water Pump Housing 67 383

I have been searching a while for a new water pump housing for my new 383. The old water necks are coroded and brittle. Do not want to put old one onto new motor. Any idea on where to find for my year. Summit has them but for 69 and up. Help is greatly appreciated.

440 Source sells new all-aluminum ones. http://store.440source.com/Water-Pum...s/products/71/ One caveat though. Some have said that the earlier housings had the water passages machined too small. Just web chatter I heard. Make sure they match the gasket.

You might want to also try Mopar Acres. He's retired now and is just getting rid of stuff. He's got one for a big block depending one what side the exit hose is.

Btw, coolant exits the block at the top but we know what you mean....and be careful of the present day aluminum ones. Most are made in China now and the castings are not always of good quality.
