New here...
Hey, I'm somewhat new here. I have a 2004.5 Volvo s40 and my mom wont let me work on it, so I want something that I could get my hands dirty with and be proud of in the end. Ive always been a fan of old muscles and now I'm looking into buying a 68/69 Road Runner or Satellite. I don't have a big budget seeing as I am 18 years old, but I am having trouble finding a car thats worth buying and want to know where is the best place to find a good starter project?
First off, welcome.
Depending on where you live, your knowledge and abilities, and the mount of money you have, will pretty much determine what ya get in what condition. If you are really good with body work then look for something with a good drivetrain in it but needs body work, or vis versa if you are mechanically good.
I would save up as much as you can though and start off with a car that runs good and where the body is solid. You will probably pay more for it now but it will save you time and headaches later on down the road.

Well... a good car to start with would be a Dart, Duster, Valiant, ect... Those are the "cheaper" mopars...
