Hi guys im in the process of replacing my 833 3 speed manual for a 4 speed. Im wondering where is the best place to look for one, and what are the pitfalls when changing, any info appreciated pete

They dont have any at this time, can i use any 4 speed from B body? I heard if my bell housing has 8 bolts it should work, do i need a special bracket? pete

talk to Jamie Passon. He is the other Mopar 4 speed expert. I’ve used both brewers and passon. I prefer Passon. Great guy and only a couple hours from me.

also, if it’s going in an e body, you need a 1970-74 trans since the tail shaft will have two shifter mounts. You will need to use the rear mount for the pistol grip shifter.
