77 power wagon with full time 4x4

Can anyone tell me anything about the full time four wheel drive transfer case? I am looking into purchasing a 77 Power Wagon that has had a 69 super commando 440 swapped in place of the original 318/360. Will this transfer case hold up? Is there anything I should know about them before proceeding? Truck seems solid in the running gear but ofcourse the body is rusty.

It's a pretty good case. Strong and relaible, even for a chain driven t-case. It's a full time case that can be converted to part time too. They came in a lot of the full sizze 4x4 trucks in teh 70s and 80s. You shouldn't have an issue unless the 440 is built up to make some real power.
