full time 4wd swap? 78 pwr wagon

I just got a 78 Power Wagon with dana 70 rear and dana 44 front axle. 4:10 gears and 4 speed manual trans. I want to know if there is a cheap way to swap out the full time 4wd for part time 4wd.

Swap t-cases and install a set of manual locking hubs on the front axle. I think you want an NP208 or NP205 depending on the spline count of the 727.
