old 318 in new ram

If anyone can help me, I have a 2001 Ram 1500 4x4 with a 318 magnum. And I also have a 318 out of a 75 Power wagon that I rebuilt with a little performance upgrades, the truck rolled over but I kept the engine. I was wondering if it was possible to swap in the old 318 and keep the feul injection and every thing, Im just not sure about the sensores. thanks.

the blocks and heads are different than the magnum motors and you can not interchange them as the magnum cylinder heads use a different oiling system. the intake manifolds share the same dimensions but will not interchange without modifications, as to what they are i'm not exactly sure as i have never done a swap like this.
