Question computer chip Dakota 2006

I am looking for someone that has changed to a different chip.
Would like to find one that works with a Dakota and improves the following.

One that will lean out the fuel when you start and first run the motor. I have found with my last two Dakotas that they run very rich.

One that will work with the shift points. Currently it shifts to high gear and will not shift down under a light load. You have to floor it to get it to shift. The new cars will shift down when under slight pressure. This decreases the load on the engine. It increases the gas mileage.

Most of the chips that are advertised are a joke. Like increasing HP up to 60 and also increase your gas milage by 7 mpg. Give me a break.

Wondering if someone has had real experience with a chip that does this kind of improvement?

Thanks

1968 SSC that I have loved for 15 years.
