This is the real deal...everything except for the tires is original..Dallas and I have spoken before for at least an hour each time...he is a huge Mopar fan...I have a 1968 440 Dart...a 1977 Dodge Aspen and this will put a pickup truck underneath me...Three reasons...It's a Mopar....It's a Mopar Truck and it's one that is never seen around here anymore...that will give it and my Aspen an upper hand in some of the car shows around here...rare is better..I will take several minutes posting all the pics I got so far...

There was at least one here in NJ, It was going for 10K. I saw the truck, and it was a true Shelby.

The Converts I believe were a year earlier. I remember at the time hoping to get a shelby Convertable but they discontinued it the year before. I don't think you would have been able to put the top down with the roll bar where it is on the Shelby.

Here is one that looks exactly like the one I mentioned above. So there are at least 2 of them and they are identical.

I am glad the one I am looking at is not a convertable...I think the hard top looks a ton better...just M2C..plus the one I am looking at is going to be alot more than 6500 bucks..

okay I am 99 percent sure this is mine...

Went out and checked the tow rig...left front wheel was locking up some when you hit the brakes hard. I backed off the adjuster on that one and it fixed the problem. Going to pick it up next weekend..700 mile haul from my house to Roby Missouri..will be sure to take pics.

I am 100 Percent it's mine....

Long rough trip..
1450 miles later I got back today with the Shelby Dakota..got back home about 2:00 PM. Dallas Rice is a stand up guy and even has collected some part cars and future projects. Pictures taken at his place before I loaded it up and headed back.
One picture shows proof that it is in my driveway. I did drive it around the block and am going to get it legal tomorrow.
