I have heard though that a bill was passed that said everyone, no matter of age, has to wear their seat belts now just because I think we were the only state in the country that did have that law. I've seen alot of other Illinois folks here and have noticed they are oddly silent also. Its OK, you'll all have your shot at me come football season. 0-16, 16-0, a records a record. Sure would be great though if da Bears were the first team to lose to the Lions!

 

i live in detroit and wouldnt mind seeing the wings lose...i cant tolerate the bandwagon.
