Welcome!

Depending on what you have for a motor in it, swapping to an auto shouldn't be too hard. As far as the axle goes, I'm not sure.

My personal opinion is disks on the rear are a big headache. A nice disk swap on the front is a great idea! Trans? What motor are you planing ? Small block ? I would think about an overdrive 518/42r from early 90's Van/truck
Very few Chrysler's had rear disks,

Its the stock Flat Head Six, Im keeping it. for the rear end, i was thinking the cordoba or laberon, Didn't they have disk in the back. I would do a complete axle swap. going to lower it and just drive.

If you are keeping the flathead 6 switching to an auto will be tough Unless you can fine an adapter or someone to make one ! Not a cheap undertaking.. A complete swap would be in order motor, trans and rear end , probably cheaper too..

Try contacting www.wilcap.com for adapter.

I have read suggestions to use a 350, I would think a 2004R OD would be better it has a 1st gear ration of about 3.08
