I've had this baby stored after leaving for USAF into Germany in 76. Upon return gas prices doubled and could not afford to drive. Kept Stored! Body is original paint, all logo's in very nice shape.Interior has driver seat torn but all else in good shape. Engine is 383Ci; Automatic on Column, Ansen Sprint wheels. Engine, Trunk, Compartments Also very clean. Underneath, Everything that moves will need to be replaced. Engine and Tranny to be rebuilt. I recently retired, and purchased car lift as my gift. I'm not a pro, mostly your average handy man that also works on cars. Have rebuilt several engines. Tranny will be sent out. Car was from Washington State and I purchased it, 75 in Denver CO during my time at LowryAFB. Mileage is 102K
I have questions on how best to clean the underside, Sand blasting is not an option. There is some surface rust but not bad, So how best to Prep the underside before assembly back with everything.
I'm Completely new at this so if anyone has suggestions on something I should be noting, Please do so
Rudy
Rudy, That car is just bitch'in the way it sits... What a time capsule...

Thank You for your service !!!!!
As for the basic question.... How about Soda Blasting... or just a good old wire wheel and some rust convertor from Eastwood Products.... Cheers
