Another new guy.
Hey all, another new guy here. I became the owner of a 64' Plymouth Valiant v200 with a /6 earlier this spring. Its intended use was to be chopped into a tubbed drag car with a big block in it. After getting to know what I had, and the car became part of the family after my daughter used it for the prom and bailed us out of car shortage situations(its road legal), i've decided to just upgrade the motor to a 318/360? later on this winter.
I'm sure I'll have a bunch of questions when I get to that point, being a ole' Ford guy with a 425 hp 390 in a mudtruck. Ive got a lot of Mopar learning to do, but I'm looking forward to the swap. That little car with a screaming small block sounds like a lot of fun on the road and I still plan on a few trips to the drag strip in Epping NH in the future.
