Can’t figure out the issue here maybe you guys can help?

I have a 2015 3.6L charger. The thing drives just fine she feels and sounds just as good as when I got it. The problem I’m having is that when idle she shakes a tad bit. Enough to be noticeable. Used a OBD scanner and it was saying a misfire on cylinder 4 and that the spark plugs needed to be changed plus needed to change the intake manifold gaskets. Changed the spark plugs and changed cylinder 4 and the gaskets and cleared the code. The engine light came back on few hours later. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else? And if so what was the problem? Thanks everyone in advance.

Put the Scanner back on the car. Verify if the missing is still active on Cylinder #4?
That is where i would start.

Question: Did you replace all the ignition coils? Or just the number 4 coil? Or did you not replace any of them?
And also, after the check engine lite came back on, What is the current code's now pending?
How many miles on this car?

I can’t read your printout, does it say anything about a lean misfire if so you could have a plugged injector. I had a Ram that would start missing so I’d put fuel injector cleaner in the tank and it would cear it up for another 15k or so…
