First time user and a question

I have a 1964 Dodge Polara and need some help reconnecting the parking brake cables under the car. First question: Does the parking cable go thru the transmission bracket. Next question: How does the cable get snaked thru the transmission bracket, I can't remember. Any pictures that they would be willing to send would be appreciated. Thank you, Ken

Should be a nut on a threaded rod that you loosen where the two rear cables join if I remember correctly
