Help! Avenger '13 Grinding

I've had my Avenger for the past 3 years now.
About a year ago the breaks started grinding makinga horrible sound and slight vibration on pedal when breaking. I too it to a repair shop and had brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced. After a few days, same noise. Took it back and had them replaced. Fee days later same problem. I was told these cars supposedly suffered from brake noise, so I left it alone. Few months later had another (3rd) mechanic and we placed more expensive ceramic pads on it and also replaced a piece on the caliper. STILL makes noise. Now just had another look at it since he was replacing the started, but he couldnt fond anything wrong with the brake system. Now the noise includes a metal scrapping sound too. Decided to write here to see if anyone had similar problem with Avenger.
Please help!

Sounds like too aggressive of a pad at this point... Or not washing the rotors after cutting them...
Use a good caliper lube.... Clean and lube moving parts..
Use the good anti- noise plate for the back of the brake pad.
As for a Brake Pad... If you have not tryed them... Try the Centric Pad (Posi-Quiet)
