Hello all,

Wanted to introduce myself. I'm a car enthusiast who has built a few Subarus in the past, and I currently drive an 05 Infiniti G35 coupe. I'm considering getting into some American Muscle as my next project, and I'm currently thinking of an early 70's Challenger, but nothing is decided yet. I'm familliar with forums, and ill search first, but im sure ill have some noobish questions lol. Looking forward to learning, thanks guys!

Welcome, Boxcar I would build an early mopar, Challengers are like cooky cutters, the fun is in the hunt for the parts that are hard to find

 

It looks like Challengers might be out of my price range anyway. It seems like a rusty non-running car is 8k. Im looking more for something that runs decent for 8k, that i can build over time. Any suggestions?

 

probably a duster, or 70's road runner i would say.

 

Just thought id mention that i am trying to sell my Infiniti, so I can pay off a 5K loan, and buy a muscle car, if any one was interested in a trade plus . Here are a few pics, I can send more if anyones interested, thanks!
