Hello.
I am the frustrated/proud owner of an '82 W150 forest service model with a slant 6 and a 4-speed manual in it. My dad owned it before me and bored the cylinders out .004ths of an inch, changed the carburator to a 2 barrel Holley, "upgraded" the intake with an offenhauser, and changed the ignition system to a MSD system without a vacuum advanced distributor. I'm currently suffering from a short in my wiring harness from the electric in-line fuel pump he added that shorted out due to a clog.
That's about it for me.
