New ram owner 2013 big horn ram

New ram owner 2013 big horn ram

So I ran out of windshield wiper fluid I drive to the auto store bought some and installed it in the radiator overflow thing which has almost the same layout as the wiper thing I unfortunately drove it back home and realized what I did I imediately inserted the water hose into the reservoir and filled it with water until the water was clear
Omg so stupid Should I take it to have the radiator flushed please help

I would completely drain the coolant system and fill with water, run it and let it circulate. The drain the system and refill with new coolant.
