new to the site and MOPARS

My name is Andrew. I am a US Army combat veteran. My wife's grandfather is giving me his 1985 Plymouth Gran Fury. I'm excited to see what I can do with it. I wanna make it a street legal drag car. Any advice will be accepted and very appreciate

He says its drivable now. Going there tomorrow to put new tires on it. Its been sitting for about 15 years. I'll get some pics of it tomorrow.

Quick update: Its a 1983 with a 318. It's got a rebuilt carb because it failed inspection for that in 2001. It also failed for the suspension and the license plate wasn't illuminated.
