hello all, just got a 1966 dodge dart, the not so sought after. lol. i actually bought it as a daily driver, had a bad run with cars, decided to go with something thats at least easier to work on (so i hope) and fun.

its got the 170 I6 in it, three speed on the column, seems to run good with the exception of the clutch slipping bad in third, so i assume i will be replacing that soon, maybe it will get be to august or so.... anyway, i was looking for dart forums, though i didnt find one dart spacific like i found for my other cars, i found a few mopar forums and this seemed to be the best from my short investigation. i have many questions, but thats for another part of the forum.

 

If it is going to be a driver I would suggest a disc brake upgrade. Those slant 6's would run forever.

the previous owner did some kind of brake job/upgrade, but im not sure if its disc (i assume not) i will check it out. thanks!
