06 SRT8 02 sensor high voltage

So, ive had this same code for 3 years, ive replaced both 02 sensors and the catalytic converter for both sides and still get this code. It said in some forums that it could be a short or bad ground, but all wires are in good shape. My husband also added new grounds on the rear and front fuse boxes cause it was cranking a lot before actual starting and that fixed the issue. Now his scanner is saying the whole passenger side of the motor (bank 2) is misfiring, which its not cause the motor is super quiet and I don't hear any issues. The fuel tank, both fuel pumps, all 02 sensors, the pump, spark plugs have been replaced. Itll run great one day and the next like a pos. Anyone out there have similar ideas or issues. Its a LX 6.1 model Charger. Thanks

Clear the RAM Memory in the PCM and see if that fixes the issues...
Also Check the injector Pulse width to see if it is staying pen to long....
Sounds like its running to rich for some reason...

so, we ended up putting another harness in the car hoping it would help cause mine had a lot of unwrapped wires and we found a big exposed wire behind the intake manifold and wasnt sure how bad it really was. So,, got the "new" harness and a new 02 sensor cause my husband insisted. Now I have p1129 and p0051 which are the two 02 sensors in that side and the car is running like crap off and on still. We did some research and the hubby said cause there might be a short its making the car run rich cause it thinks its running lean. Ive done everything and about to do an insurance claim on it 🔥🔥🔥 haha, just kidding. My husband has a high speed Snap On reader where he can reprogram things and tried to fix it with it. No Bueno.
