91 Dynasty daily driver knocking noise in wheels or suspension

1991 Dynasty LE
3.3 V6

The car makes a quiet, rhythmic knocking noise at any speed above 15 or so. It is light and easily covered by the stereo. It has nothing to do with engine revs or the gear the transmission is in. You can coast the car in neutral and it makes the same noise. Sounds like it is coming from the right side of the car. I may be imagining things, but it feels like I have a bit more vibration in the ride as well. I replaced the front disc pads recently but it was making the noise before that. Any ideas?

Didn't notice any difference when turning but I'll keep my ears open today.

Cut tire that is not losing air maybe? Like TVL said, could be the CV joint. Can you tell if it is fron the front or the back? If it is the front, you can always jack up the front end, place jack stand under it to support it, chock the back tires (in front of and behind) and then start up the car and put it into drive. See if you can see/hear anything. Just be very careful when doing this.
