Cab Leaks 84 W-150
If you have noticed any of my posts 1) I am new to the forums 2) I have purchased a 1984 W-150 to tinker with and turn into a reliable farm/hunting truck. I have been attempting to get the interior dry and have been making progress. I stopped most of my water intrusion by replacing the door weather stripping (both sides) purchased from JC Whitney (installed easily, works great). Had the sliding back glass removed and replaced with solid pane (have not noticed ay leaking there since). I also had the front glass removed new gasket installed and resealed. The front windshield is still leaking between the window and the rubber on the inside lower corner drivers side. I am also getting water from the vent area on the drivers side down by the parking brake. Has anybody experienced either of these problems and/or have any sure fire fixes? I have already removed all the floormat insulation once and undercoated all of the interior floorboards and hate to keep removing the stuff to get it dried out. Appreciate any ideas/comments on these problems.

sounds like my brother b300 van, you may want to check the wiper arm valley. It may be called something else but what happens to most vehicles is dirt leaves etc gather and sits along the firewall seam and rots it out. In my case it was on each side of the van. I removed the dash and fiber glassed it and used some roof patch from the out side since it cant been seen, red neck repair but worked.
