sounds like my brother b300 van, you may want to check the wiper arm valley. It may be called something else but what happens to most vehicles is dirt leaves etc gather and sits along the firewall seam and rots it out. In my case it was on each side of the van. I removed the dash and fiber glassed it and used some roof patch from the out side since it cant been seen, red neck repair but worked.

If its just coming from the window then you could try and add some poly urethane, comes in a squeeze tun from your local hardware store. not silicone or latex, its Urethane sealant.
