electrical problem

So headlights sometimes go on, sometimes not. Same with turn signals and wipers. Sometimes everything works and others they dont. Any suggestions, ground wire from battery maybe?

After checking connections at the battery, starter, and where the neg cable grounds, check your bulk head connection.
