Talking Old Red (1989 W150) Resurrection

Howdy everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while but I've been getting ready to get the heck out of Germany and come home to the good-old USA. As I write this I am in a hotel room waiting waiting for my flight out tomorrow morning.
When I get home I am going to start work on Old Red, which is my 1989 W150 4x4. First up is to replace the engine. At 208k miles she's finally had enough and I've settled on replacing it as opposed to rebuilding it. (I think I'll keep the core though.) I'm looking at getting a complete long block from http://www.dodge-chrysler-auto-truck-engines.com and started to think about the other things I should be replacing while I'm this deep into the truck. I'll buy a rebuilt distributor for it, maybe a fuel injection once I get the old one off and have a look at it, but otherwise I'm wondering what else is critical. The water pump is relatively new and still under warranty so I'll keep that. I need your help guys, what am I missing?
Tim
