Rusted out 65 dart gt
we have run into a problem with the left front upper control arm. the frame that holds it is rusted out. it is barely holding it togeether and fear driving it at all (fear that the upper control arm will come apart from the frame). is there a way to replace the section of frame or patch it, or is there a part that can be purchased. this dart spent it's life in nebraska and has sentimental value. can't seem to find a vendor with these type of parts.

I would try and find a respectfull frame shop and ask them to see what they can do and as far as new parts im sure they are out there some where but if not your best bet would be to make them, anything is worth checking into to save the old girl

doesn't that part of the frame just come out? I thought I read in other threads that you can pull that whole part out and swap it with another one? Maybe its just me thinking crazy thoughts though.
