Two projects

I want to light up my marker lights on my 69 roadrunner. Of course these lights have no wiring to them and no bulbs. Any one ever wire these?

Another project is to move the bench seat back further say 6 inches or so. Since Im 6'2'' I eat the steering wheel every time I drive. Must have been short people back in the 60's Any one tackle this problem before?
Any input or suggestions would be appreciated!

6" you would have problems with the floor pan layout. I would get a piece of 1/4" steel flat bar stock about 1 1/4 wide mount it to the seat base, mount the seat to the bar stock. DOn't use anything less than 1/4" as you need the strength
Other wise you could cut the base length wise and re weld it further back with a gusset on the back side

I think the Duster marker lights fit the same hole & have lights .
Lifting the front of the seat adds leg room , ask me how I know !!
