What is the bolt size for a 727 torqueflite trans?

I am thinking 3/8 but don't quote me on that. And I am not sure on the X-member bolts there was a bunch of different sizes for them between the years and between auto and 4 speeds. Sorry dude, someone here will know.

Not sure myself, but make sure you use a grade 8 bolt for the the trans. no cheap stuff.

The bell housing bolts should be 3/8" and about 2" long. Grade 5 is fine. as for the cross member, you will have to measure as each body differs and even can differ between years.
