I bought a Dynamat Xtreme kit from these people through E-bay, paid for it through paypal right away and have been waiting for them to mail it to me. I sent them two emails politely asking if the product had been shipped, I received one email back saying "I will check tonight after work." I have replayed to that email directly and sent another email through E-bay and got no response once again. This companies customer service is truly in need of much work.

After sending numerous emails asking for tracking numbers (to see if it actually shipped) I finally received the product two weeks after they said I would receive it, I filled out the E-Bay rating appropriately to how everything happened and I receive and email back from them saying "thanks loser".

I will never order anything from them again and let other know exactly how they treated me. This is no way to run a business.

I plan on it. I just want to let others know to stay away from them too.
