1974 challenger

Hello everyone I'm new to the forum .and a new owner of a 1974 challenger . I need some help here I'm look for some place to get part for this car as it is in rough condition.online or local I'm in Minnesota . I need a new hood and drivers side fender . I've never owned a classic before .I got this for a project car for me and my son who is 16 and he's ready to get started it is his car .

i as well am a 16 year old that just purchased a 1974 dodge challenger for a project car with my father i acully joined this site because he refered it and i was hoping someone could help me find parts for my vehical.

Guys -

Welcome aboard.

Basic suggestions: Don't by-pass eBay. You may have to look for a few weeks, but things show up.

There are a number or Mopar specific salvage yards, like www.moparcity.com, but anything you get from them will not be in "new" condition.

Hey, i was in that situation about 12 years ago with my dad as well. Check out www.yearone.com and also http://www.classicindustries.com/ They have most every part needed for a complete restore of your car. Good Luck!
