yup all buttoned up and recirculating icy cold air, the complete job took 4 1/2 hours. it was on my dad's truck, knowing how its done now - when mine breaks we could zip through it in a lot less time. all said and done, it wasn't really that bad...

The recirc doors are not that bad to do. It just stinks when you need to pull the heater box out, tear it down and replace it.

luckily the dash came out enough that i could access the door assembly. 2 phillips screws, some wiggling and it was out. everything went back way quicker than it took to take apart - even took advantage of the open dash to clean up some wire routing.

and deadkelly, aside from the collecting of dust - no progress on the dart - need some money, time and the weather to cool off before i start anything
