76 dodge w200 318 5.2 oil pressure sending unit removal.

I put in a gauge cluster in my 76 dodge w200 318 5.2 military truck. I found the oil pressure sending unit. My question is what's the easiest way to remove it and install the tubing for my cluster? I see theres a 1/2 or smaller right underneath it... but cant fit my wrench or anything due to firewall. Any help would be awesome. Just want to remove oil sending unit to install the clear tubing from there to my aftermarket gauge. I got my voltage working, and the everything lighting up, I have oil pressure and water temp left to install for it. My water temp sensor was way to small to install the aftermarket gauge water temp sensor. So going through one of the freeze plugs?? Right next to thermostat and water temp sensor.... any help on that would be awesome too since I cant find any type of tool nor adapter to take that freeze plug out...

Photo mite help. But I say remove the cluster to get to the line. As for the temp, Why not just use the hole for the old sending unit?

I'll send one soon. I cant install the sensor in the existing temp sensor because it's too small for the new sensor that came with the gauge. I'll send a pic of the oil pressure sending unit in a bit. I just need to figure out how to get it out.

You should be able to drop the dash cluster and get to the fitting......
If your going to run a different gauge set up. Just abandon the line and run the new line from the pressure point up to the new gauge. Just food for thought.

Also.... Double check on the sender.... I'm sure you can find one if you go to an Electric Gauge...

Cowboy - he is talking about the sending unit on the block - which is right by the distrib, on the back side of the intake manifold and that is a tough one to reach - depending on you firewall you may need to pull the distrb ( put a rag in the hole ) then you may be able to get to it -- if not - find one of those pin type sockets the a universal then a long extension -- just a thought - jaxx
