now that i look at both cars side by side they both look like the rear quarters are too tall. they both look bulky in the butt like matchbox cars.

It's too bad they don't make the 6.1 the standard engine in the RT, Anyone in a 5.7 R/T dropping the hammer next to a new 426 horsepower SS Camaro is going to get seriously smoked . Plus the fact that the Camaro is less expensive ! They should put the 500 horse 392 in the SRT.
