charger cluster

i have a charger cluster it has 150mph speedo, clock and tach behind clock this cluster does not have the hazard switch there is no opening for it on the left hand side just lights, panel & brake light.
there is a spot for it on the back assembly just not the trim
its a "wood grain" finish. but someone drilled a hole in it for some reason.

my father passed away so im trying to help my mom sell off some stuff. has the wire harness attached to it it shows 08852.1 miles
just trying to figure out year and i take it is a rally cluster
and value thank you

A picture would help identify the part a great deal.

its a 70 cluster guess ill throw it on eabay and start bidding at $100? this thing is pretty hefty with the wire harness down to the bulkhead. i believe the gauges alone should be qorth atleast that.. trim ring has aluminum cover it could be repaired just dont know if anyone would with all the aftermarket parts out there.
