Crane Cams shutdown

Crane Cams had shut down. I can't find any exact news or info one it. All i've heard is anyone who had parts on order, won't be getting them. And wont be getting their money back.

Just do a google search.

Such a shame...

Hopefully someone will buy them out, again.

As of this past weekend they were still sending out reps to show their products and represent the company, I didn't stop and talk with them, but i did see them.

maybe they are not shutting down, just down sizing? The economy is hitting everyone pretty hard.

Man, what I don't get is in my country and yours the Gov. is spending tax payers bucks to bail out banks and car companies, so in reality, our money. Why dont they give us 1/2 our income tax back. It will be cheaper in the long run and everyone would spend that extra dough. I know if I had an extra 30 grand I'd spend it, If everyone got that it would be the shot in the arm the economy needed, things would start rolling again.

Well my tax money paid off the last (only) credit card I have and got me the Valiant. I think people are putting most of their money towards bills as they just keep going up.

Rumor has it someone is working to buy them back, and they were trying to before it got this bad. I guess they couldn't close the deal in time. I don't know how much truth there is to that, as I have gotten a couple of mass e-mails with former employee's resumes recently. It will be interesting to see what becomes of them.
